Please note that the Bylaws were amended by a vote taken at the PA General Membership meeting on April 25, 2006. The amendments that were passed were numbers 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of the amendments proposed by Sumiko Takeda Nakazato and Lauren Coleman-Lochner. Those amendments became effective as of that date.
(Amendment numbers 1 and 5 proposed by Sumiko Takeda Nakazato and Lauren Coleman-Lochner were withdrawn, and the amendments proposed by Betsy Combier and Mary Lok did not pass.)
