Pursuant to the By-laws, the Executive Board is composed of 7 elected officers (8 if there are co-presidents), 10 elected members-at-large, 6 elected delegates of the School Leadership Team and the chairs of 14 standing committees, who are appointed by the President (or Co-Presidents) and are ratified by the General Membership at the September General Membership meeting. In addition, the following parents hold elected and appointed positions, although they are not members of the Executive Board: (i) the 4 elected alternate delegates to the School Leadership Team; (ii) the chairs of any special committees appointed by the President (or Co-Presidents); and (iii) the chairs of subcommittees of standing committees, also appointed by the President (or Co-President).
All parents are welcome to attend the regular meetings of the Executive Board, the dates of which are published on the PA website (click here) and in the PA bulletin.
提名隨任委員與領導小組代表候選人
每學年開始, 家長會由各年級家長選出隨任委員, 及由新生年級選出學校領導小組代表. 名額如下:
十名隨任委員: 十二年級 (1名), 十一年級(1名), 十年級(3名), 九年級(5名).
一名學校領導小組代表: 由九年級選出, 另一名獲次高票者為候補代表.
