 FALL ELECTIONS
Each year, fall elections are held at the October General Meeting to fill the following positions: PA Officers:
Vacancies from the spring elections as appropriate
Members-At-Large:
Senior Parent Member-At-Large – One (1)
Junior Parent Member-At-Large – One (1)
Sophomore Parent Member-At-Large Three (3)
Freshmen Parent Member-At-Large – Five (5) School Leadership Team Delegate:
Freshmen Parent Delegate/Title 1 Delegate (1) Nominations deadline for Freshmen Parent SLT Delegate, Members-At-Large for each grade, for the 2011-2012 academic year has been extended to the end of Tuesday, October 11. Each candidate must complete a nomination form (click here for form) listing full name, telephone number, address and child’s name and grade, and hand this form to the PA election officials by the conclusion of the September meeting. SPRING ELECTIONS
Each year, spring elections are held at the May General Meeting to fill the following positions: PA Officers: President or Co-President First Vice President Second Vice President Recording Secretary Corresponding Secretary Treasurer Assistant Treasurer
School Leadership Team Delegates: Senior Parent Delegate (1) Junior Parent Delegates (2) Sophomore Parent Delegates (2) Note: The Freshman parent Delegates are elected in the fall elections. Nominations deadline for the PA Officers and SLT Delegates for the spring elections is in the weeks preceding the election date. Please look for e-mails from the PA and notices in the PA Bulletin for details.
